My name is Lindamaria Ortega Franco
Creative leader, visual artist, and educator with international and multicultural experience managing and working in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States, showcasing strong partnership coordination and networking skills.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with international organizations and multilateral agencies. Helped launch or played an instrumental role in developing platforms and initiatives to advance local empowerment, women's entrepreneurship, creative and circular economy impact across the globe.

Passionate about practical and scalable solutions for sustainable development. This characteristic has guided my professional and academic life, founding Acude Guatemala, Fralinor Creative Consulting, and Red and Green Connections. Organizations that work toward Education, innovation, and Creativity as a tool for changing lives and sustainable prosperity.

Creative Consulting, building innovative sustainable practices, using creativity as the principal resource for business development. Our clients are private organizations, governments, and nonprofits.
Magical realism is the principal subject of paintings and illustrations.
My profile is a dynamic mix between a social and business entrepreneur, with culture as a particular component that allows me to understand the creative forces that move the world.
Art and Education are a big part of my life. Although I have a business background, my knowledge of different disciplines allows me to use it to improve the community and, hopefully, the world.

Visual Artist and Educator
My origins are funded in education. I am a preschool teacher, and during my time working with kids. I could understand properly the diverse methodologies and techniques that create critical thinking.
Furthermore, I am an Art teacher and a certified coach, using art as a methodology for therapy and language learning (English and Spanish).

During my professional life in the economic development arena, this knowledge has fulfilled and complemented the projects and programs I have designed, developed, executed, and sometimes evaluated.

Later on, in more recent times, higher education and academia have completed a cycle on my career as an educator. This possibility has allowed me to explore creative industries and economic prosperity as complementary factors to link innovation and sustainability.
